It was established on July 4, 2011, by anti-human trafficking activist Mr. Jimmy Laltlanmawia, who has served as the Managing Director of the organization since its inception. The organization aims to improve the efficiency of the social justice delivery system and ensure a safe working environment for rural tribal women farmers, as well as to facilitate safe migration for youth in Mizoram by enhancing skill development and entrepreneurship to empower the leaders of tomorrow.
Its core philosophy focuses on the sustainable socio-economic development of unemployed women and youth while revitalizing the job market in Mizoram.
(1). Key Objectives of the organisation
1. To provide economic empowerment to marginalized communities through vocational training and livelihood support.
2. To promote gender equality and empower women and girls through advocacy, education, and economic empowerment programs.
3. To promote decent work, entrepreneurship, and economic growth, particularly for youth and marginalized groups.To increase production and productivity of workforce both in Organised and Un-organised Sector
4. To reduce inequalities and promote social inclusion, particularly for marginalized and disadvantaged groups.
5. To promote sustainable urban development, community engagement, and environmental conservation
(2). Accreditation & Affiliation:
a. The organization is duly registered under the Firm & Society Registration Act 2005, with registration number MSR 441 dated 11.06.2012.
b. It is a training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Government of India’s Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, using the skill development digital hub to conduct various training programs under the Government of India’s Skill Mission program.
c. It is authorized and registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to engage in manufacturing and service activities.
d. It is also authorized by the Directorate of Labour & Employment, Government of Mizoram, as a Vocational Training Provider (VTP) to conduct skill development training under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme (SDIS) in accordance with SDI and MES modules.
e. Since 2013, it has been an associate training partner of the Mizoram Youth Commission, conducting various skill development courses in pre-identified trades.
f. The organization is empaneled as a Skill Training Partner (STP) of DAY-NULM under the Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Department, Government of Mizoram.
g. It is registered under Sections 12A and 80G and is eligible to receive CSR funding, as registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
Under PMKVY 4.0 Special Project we have training programme on diferent job role like Baking Technician, Beauty therapist. Nail technician , General Duty Assistant
We are an approved training provider under the Mizoram Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, LESDE Department of the Government of Mizoram.
As part of MBOCCA, we offer skill training in Tailoring and Beauty Therapy.
Only MBOCCA members and their family members are eligible to participate in this training program.
Individuals interested in this training must first apply for MBOCCA membership and adhere to specific terms and conditions, and once successfully enrolled as members, they may apply for the skill training program.
Programme Title: Hotel Management Training and General Duty Assistant (GDA) Programme
About the Programme:
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, under the aegis of the Skill India Initiative, presents a unique opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals to acquire skills and knowledge in Hotel Management and General Duty Assistant (GDA) through a Fee-Based Training Programme.
Objective:
The primary objective of this programme is to equip trainees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude required to excel in the hospitality industry as Hotel Management professionals and General Duty Assistants.
Course Curriculum:
The programme will cover the following topics:
- Hotel Management:
- Front Office Operations
- Housekeeping Management
- Food and Beverage Service
- Hotel Accounting and Finance
General Duty Assistant (GDA):
- Guest Service and Relations
- Room Preparation and Maintenance
- Laundry Operations
- Basic First Aid and Emergency Procedures
Training Methodology:
The training will be delivered through a combination of classroom sessions, practical training, and on-the-job training. Experienced trainers and industry experts will facilitate the training sessions.
Duration and Schedule:

Fees and Payment Terms:
